When you visit our website, we may automatically collect information such as your browser type and version, pages you visit and time spent on them, the website that referred you to us, and your general geographic region (country or state). This data is used to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it.
Our games are distributed through third-party platforms (PlayStation Network, Steam, Meta, Xbox, Nintendo eShop). These platforms collect data on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy policies. Data collected may include:
We do not independently collect or store gameplay data outside of what platform services provide to developers through their standard developer dashboards.
Some of our games support third-party haptic devices (e.g., bHaptics). These devices and their associated SDKs may collect usage data. Please refer to the relevant manufacturer's privacy policy for details.
Game save files are stored locally on your device or through platform cloud save services (PlayStation Plus cloud saves, Steam Cloud, Meta cloud backup). We do not independently access or store your save data.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and support requests, improve the quality and performance of our games and website, understand how players engage with our games, diagnose and fix bugs and crashes, comply with legal obligations under applicable law, and fulfill requirements imposed by platform holders (PlayStation, Meta, Valve, Microsoft, Nintendo) as a condition of distribution.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party, ever.

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted unless we are required by law to retain them longer. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email address below. Platform-held game data (achievements, save data, crash logs) is subject to the retention policies of the respective platform holder.
Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website. Our games carry age ratings assigned by ESRB, PEGI, and other regional rating bodies — please refer to each game's individual rating for age-appropriateness guidance. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at pablo@pmhinteractive.com and we will take steps to delete that information.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your personal information (subject to any legal obligations to retain it), and opt out of any future marketing communications.
