     Locally stored data (progress, settings, diagnostic logs) is used to provide and maintain your gameplay experience. It is not transmitted to any external servers.

     The Obsessive Shadow does not transmit VR sensor or gameplay data off your device. There are no online services or third-party integrations that collect or receive your data.

   • Local Storage:
     All gameplay data is stored locally on your Meta Quest device. While we use reasonable measures to protect your data, no storage method is 100% secure. You are encouraged to maintain device security.

   • Retention:
     Your data remains on your device for as long as you have the Game installed. Once you uninstall the Game, locally stored data is removed from your device.

6. Your Rights and Choices

   • Right to Deletion (for All Users):
     We respect the right of all users, regardless of location, to request deletion of their data. Because we do not store data on external servers, uninstalling the Game will generally remove all locally stored data.
